Mysql problem

Hello, We especially forgive my English out of a translator.

My problem is that since yesterday on my website (where I installed joomla) has stopped working a component, exactly the eWeather and gives me the following verdict:
Error number 0: while retrieving Daily Forecasts
which is indicated by not being able to open the xml file downloaded.
Since I have a copy of the web on my pc and it works fine with me easyphp presumably hiciesen yesterday maybe some change in the server configuration or the configuration of mysql because I can not access my database from PowWeb.

We aren't experiencing any global database issues. If you haven't changed your configuration I would check to make sure the weather site hasn't changed their website or configuration. It might be the plugin is outdated and needs to be updated.
